Download the 2 buttons
Rename the buttons with the text on the button and it's color, copy the name for the "mouseover" button. IE "HomeBlue.png" and  "HomeBlueMouseOver.png"
Upload the button(s) 

Mouseover Code: (Google Sites will not allow this code at this time as it is JavaScript) You'll need to replace the 'cooltext.png' with the correct location of the images in order for the code to work.
